AI Personalization
The right suggestion, at the moment the decision is made.
How do you put the right thing in front of the right person at the moment of decision?
A store showing everyone the same thing sells everyone the minimum. Personalization isn't a technical luxury; it's the difference between a catalog that gets browsed and one that gets sold. And the real constraint isn't the model, it's timing: the right suggestion after checkout is worth nothing.
From principle to a working product
The capability lives today in Ziadah: sixteen widgets across the decision surfaces — home, category, product page, cart, checkout, thank-you — from bought-together to the free-shipping bar and cart triggers. Each suggestion is built from live session context and the store's goal: lift value, lift conversion, or reduce abandonment.
The product organises along five axes — pages, activities, presentation, goals, and experience — which is the product's own structure, not a marketing taxonomy. The suggestion's appearance is tuned to the store's identity from the dashboard.

ZiadahZiadah reads the customer's in-session context — the page they're on, what they browsed before it, and the goal you set — then shows the most fitting suggestion on the product page, cart, and checkout, in a display style that matches your store's design.

Deepening personalization signals as events become complete. This is where this capability meets Data & Measurement: every event that arrives whole is a sharper signal for the next suggestion. There is no shared data layer between the two products today — we say so because a direction is not an arrival.
