Expanding — current capabilities, direct fit

Consumer brands

Consumer brands historically owned relationships through intermediaries: distributors, shelves, marketplaces. Direct-to-consumer finally gave them a first-party relationship — and a new responsibility: whoever owns the relationship must grow its value. Repeat purchase is the entire business model; the product is consumed and repurchased, or the relationship dies.

The challenges

Where customer value gets lost here

  1. The first purchase comes from ads — the second never comes.

  2. First-party data exists in theory, scattered in practice.

  3. The brand pays platforms to learn what its own store should have told it.

Where we stand

Existing capabilities that fit — and we call it expansion

Where a brand sells direct through a digital store on a supported platform, all three products work today with their full logic: loyalty that makes repetition rewarding, personalization that grows each order, measurement that makes spend accountable. Expansion here means deepening that fit beyond the two current platforms — and we state that as direction.

Questions

Plainly

Our brand sells through a custom store outside Salla and Zid — do you work with us?

Current availability is on the supported platforms. If your case is outside them, talk to us — that is precisely our expansion direction.
