Retail
Modern retail runs one relationship across two surfaces: the shelf and the phone. Customers discover digitally and buy in person, or the reverse — yet the value tools (loyalty, personalization, measurement) usually live in the digital channel alone, so the relationship breaks at the branch door.
Where customer value gets lost here
One customer appears as two: digital and in-store records that never meet.
A cards-or-points loyalty program that doesn't actually change return behavior.
Ad spend that drives store visits nobody can attribute.
Existing capabilities that fit — and we call it expansion
What we build for digital commerce carries into retail wherever a digital channel exists: Shaa's loyalty (wallet, cashback, tiers) works where the customer buys digitally, and Raasid's measurement works where campaigns are run. We call this expansion, not a live offering: we don't ship point-of-sale integrations today, and we talk with retailers whose digital channel is a real part of their customer relationship.
Plainly
Do you support POS systems?
We don't claim that today. Current capabilities work in the digital channel; if your retail brand has a digital presence on a supported platform, the products work there now.
