A customer who bought once has no real reason to return

Shaa builds the customer an economy with you: a balance they forfeit by leaving, value that renews with every order, and a commission they earn by bringing others. Twelve capabilities in three groups, from one dashboard. Available today on Zid.

Shaa’s layers as the customer sees them

The problem

A customer who bought once has no real reason to return

Traditional loyalty tools give you a single lever — points or cashback. So the customer loses nothing by going to your competitor, and gains nothing by bringing their friends to you.

The mechanism

Shaa builds loyalty in layers that work together from one dashboard: a wallet in your store's name where the customer's balance accumulates, cashback after every order, commission-based referral that has your customer marketing for you with their own code, and a paid membership for your closest customers.

You don't pay to acquire a returning customer twice — and every point of repeat rate compounds over time. Referral turns your most loyal customers into an acquisition channel you pay by result, not by click.

Shaa

Twelve capabilities, three groups

Core programs

Customer wallet

A balance in your store's name accumulating per customer. Bulk deposits by file upload, balance expiry, and a per-coupon usage cap on each order.

Core programs

Smart cashback

A share returned after the order, fixed or tiered, with eligibility rules filtered by order status, products, payment method, and coupon — and caps that protect your margin.

Core programs

Refer-a-friend

A fixed reward or a percentage of the invitee's order, a minimum threshold, and payout either immediately or on order-status change — so you don't pay on an order that is later cancelled.

Engagement & retention

Loyalty tiers

Four tiers that promote automatically by spend, with escalating perks.

Shaa's real layers, in the order they compound.

How it works

From install to impact

  1. Install and connect your store

Shaa installs from the app store and reads order events as they happen.

  2. Activate the layers

Wallet, cashback, referral, tiers, membership — choose what fits your store and run them together.

  3. Set rules and segments

Reward rates and timing, and the customer segments each offer targets.

  4. Track return and referral

One dashboard shows wallet balances, return behavior, and referral code performance.

Who it's for

  • Stores that want to raise repeat purchase and turn one-time buyers into regulars.
  • Growth and retention teams building a complete loyalty program without custom development.

Pricing model

Commission on what happens

Shaa takes no fixed monthly subscription. It takes a commission on wallet orders and on realised referrals, and the rate falls as you grow: the Growth plan starts at 10% on referrals and 5% on wallet orders, the Business plan reaches 1% on both, and Enterprise is priced to scale. What that means in practice: in a month where Shaa produces no orders, it costs you nothing.

FAQ

The questions merchants actually ask

How is this different from a points app?

Points are a single lever. Shaa layers three that compound: what the customer loses by leaving, gains by staying, and earns by bringing others.

Do I pay on cancelled orders?

No. Referral payout can be tied to order-status change, and cashback eligibility rules filter by order status.

Is Shaa a messaging tool?

No. Shaa creates the reasons — a balance, a tier, a reward — and targets them at the right segment through the right channel. The reasons are what bring customers back, not the messages.

Does it integrate with POS?

No. The in-branch screen presents the loyalty experience in your identity, but it is not a point-of-sale integration.
