Security and data

This page states what is actually implemented, and states what we do not claim. A company displaying certifications it doesn't hold is telling you something about the rest of its pages.

What is implemented

  1. An approved in-platform application

Our products run as applications inside Salla and Zid, pass the platform's review, and receive their permissions at installation rather than through manually circulated keys.

  2. Scoped permissions

Raasid defines clear roles — Owner, Admin, Analyst, Viewer — scoped per store and per channel, so a team member doesn't see what isn't theirs.

  3. Personal data hashed before transmission

What goes to the ad platforms is hashed first; personal fields are not transmitted in the clear.

  4. Data used for its purpose

Your store's events run the product you activated — they are not sold and not shared with other stores.

  5. Environment separation

A sandbox environment separate from production.

What we do not claim

We display no compliance certifications, because we don't hold any today. When we do, we'll publish the certificate itself, not its name.
